VTOS-O Horizontal

VTOS self cleaning screen filters are designed and manufactured with high quality materials for long life in heavy working conditions, to filter water with high content of solid particles, organic materials, algae, etc… The filtration process is from inside to outside of the screen; special suction nozzles ensure the perfect cleaning of the screen with minimum water consumption and uninterrupted filtering process. Depending on the position of IN/OUT connections can be supplied in two different configurations: O with coarse screen 3 mm size to protect the fine screen from greater particles, and L. The filte-ring element can be supplied either as a polyester (PES) mesh inser-ted between two AISI 316 perforated tubes or as a three layered AISI 316 stainless steel cartridge; the filtration degree ranges from 10 to 800 μm. All filters are supplied ready to work, with valves, pressure gauges and electronic controller included. The VTOS filters are manufactured with stainless steel AISI 304 or 316 pickled and passivated.
